This is the latest in a very recent troubling series of events that just leave me scratching my head perplexed. I just can't understand what’s going on.

A bishop from England, Bishop Arthur Roche (Leeds) who flouted Summorum Pontificum and some say persecuted one of his priests who obeyed it, gets appointed to the Congregation for Divine Worship.

Another bishop from Germany, known to be a liberation theologist, who apparently denies the perpetual virginity of Our Lady and tells us not to say “body and blood” when referring to the Real Presence, gets appointed to the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith.

Archbishop Di Noia is being reassigned to fill a newly created post of vice president of the Pontifical Commission “Ecclesia Dei.” it seems to new post to aid talks with SSPX.

I have misgivings about this on the grounds I think it will make it impossible for Bishop Fellay to accept reconciliation. If the SSPX are expected to accept “the entirety of “Nostra Aetate” I see no hope in reconciliation.
That syncretic document really explains the Assisi fiasco, a low point in reign of (love him though I do) Pope John Paul II.

Whilst any form of anti-Semitism is obviously antithetical to Catholic morality, and Bishop Williams holocaust denying statements are reprehensible.
Surely it is not to be considered untrue that Talmudic Judaism is heretical.
